Редактирование фото с сохранением лица

Create a digital portrait where the central focus is maintaining the integrity and identity of the person's face, while creatively altering the background and other elements. The scene should depict a lively cityscape with neon lights reflecting off the sleek surfaces of modern architecture. The person is in the foreground, their face naturally lit and expressive, preserving their unique features. The environment around should be dynamic and futuristic, yet the face remains untouched and authentic.
